It is very important for a kid to learn how to ride a ski or a motorbike when he/she is very young. Actually, the younger the better. Subaru Ogino, son of famous Japanese rider Hiroyuki Ogino who is a very wise and talented mechanic too, demonstrates his capabilities on riding the electric powered Ninja. Japan’s licensing system enables/allows a kid to ride legally a 2 horsepower ski. Such a regulation system enables the kids to grow up with a different mentally for motorsports and additionally gives them the opportunity to train from 3 years old.
