We have been building and rigorously testing our ignition system for two years utilizing the Zeeltronics ECU, coil and pick up to create the most dynamic and top of the line product possible. We have designed a flywheel, pick up plate and other accessories that allows you to use a modern electronic ignition with the 440/550cc platform that can be programmed using a hand held programmer or laptop computer.
We have built our system using both the OEM 440/550 e-box and with the PJS 550 Viper e-box.
Due to space constraints we have concluded that the front mounted e-box is superior and are currently manufacturing an e-box similar to the Westcoast Total Loss setup that will mount to the front of the OEM 440/550cc cases replacing the flywheel cover.
Our kit will be plug and play that will include all of the components needed.
