The Canadian Team is working hard to prepare the two stand-up skis and a Runabout for the upcoming Mark Hahn 300 race. According to multi National and World Champion Mike Klippenstein the team prepares a Yamaha powered GP1 and a Kawasaki 1500 SX-R for the Open Stand-Up class. Depending on the weather conditions the team will decide which one of the two skis will be using for the race event. As for the Open Runabout class Mike is working on his new Yamaha FX SVHO. He has not confirmed yet weather this boat will be supercharged or turbocharged. Mike will team up with Mike Baldwin (winner of 2019 P1Aqua X) for the Runabout Open class and with Marten Manni and Ryder Wildeboer for the Open Stand-Up class. Mike Klippenstein is the only rider who competes in two classes and sets a difficult goal, to win in both of them. The only rider in the history of Mark Hahn who had set the same goal and he made it was no other than talented Frenchman Jean-Baptiste Botti. Botti won the Open Ski class with Raphael Maurin on the 1500 SX-R back in 2017 and also h won the Runbout Open class with Jean-Bruno Pastorello.
