Canadian multi world champion Mike “Klipper” Klippenstein dedicates his 34th IJSBA world title (by winning Masters Ski Stock) to his long time tuner and supporter Bill Chapin. The later has helped a lot the Canadian superstar on his SX-R 1500 builds as well as his Yamaha turbo boats for the Mark Hahn.
