>IJSBA announcers 2nd Annual Hall of Fame Ceremony
The IJSBA is pleased to announce the second annual ceremony to celebrate this years inductees into the Stjernstrom-Jacobsen IJSBA Hall Of Fame.The ceremony will take place on October 13, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at the London Bridge Convention Center (1477 Queens Bay Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403). The inductees will be presented with an award recognizing their accomplishments. These 2007 inductees are: Celeste Peterson, Brenda Burns, Art Chambers, Harry Goatcher, Jeff Kantz, Bo Dupriest, Tim McKercher, Diane ONeal, Kane Cahill, Chaowalit Kuajaroon, Todd Ross, Matt Alligood, Yves Van Heers, John Stevens and Jeff Prieur. In addition to the 15 competitors listed above, the IJBSA is inducting two persons who have been outstanding contributors to the sport of PWC Racing. These persons are awarded Lifetime Achievement Awards at the event. This years Lifetime Achievement inductees are: Ken Stuart and Bill Chapin. The inductees and their guests will enjoy a private ceremony from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM to reunite and reminisce. The public will be welcomed in at approximately 7:50 and we will start the ceremony promptly at 8:00. The famous Japanese rider and two times in a row World Champion Seiko Osawa will participate this year at the World Finals in Pro Am Class in order to defend her world title. According to mr Takahiro Tsujimoto of Ardath Inc (i.e. Speedmagic SE) Osawa will participate on a Kawasaki SX-R prepared by Speed Magic.

According to the recent report of Minoru Kanamori Team Kawasaki mechanic and R&D rider his wife Emi is being training hard and she looks forward to get on the line of the Pro Am class. Emi has shown in the past that is the only rider who can pass Seiko Osawa. Her Kawasaki SX-R will be prepared, as usual, by her husband who always experiments with tricky parts and innovating ideas.

The dynamic and yet mysterious Janelle Lund will be on the line of Pro Am in order to fight for the title in womens class. In the past she had proved that even if she got a bad start she has the strength to ride through the field and clinch the world title. The last two years she had such a bad luck that left her with no hopes for a descent result. This year she comes stronger and looks favourite for the podium.

>Kawasaki 2008 model range
According to recent confidential information Kawasaki will have just four models in the Jet Ski for the 2008 season. All models will be equipped with a four stroke engine apart from the SX-R which most possibly will be not available in Europe. The STX-12F is not included in the European model range next year a fact that will deviate some customers to other brands. The Ultra 250 LX will show up on the list buts its price has not been confirmed yet. Rumors for the 4T SX-R are getting stronger and stronger since a manufacturer is already on the way to homologate a 4T stand up for next season
