On September 30th, 2022, Stephen of Hydro-Turf has contacted Hot Products USAand announced they will no longer be offering all Hydro-Turf Products at distributor pricing to Hot Products.
We (Hot Products USA) are very disappointed in losing the Hydro-Turf brand and all the great products we have sold as a distributor for over 30 years, this is just a business decision by Hydro-Turf and follows their business plan as a company.
Hydro-Turf has confirmed they will fill open back orders for Hot Products that we had submitted as of September 17th. They do have supply chain issues like all of us have in the PWC industry and we will work with them to decide how to proceed if the lead times on these orders will cause lengthy projected delivery times. We (Hot Products USA) will work with all our dealers that have open orders for Hydro-Turf products and do our best to fill the orders as the items become available.
If you would like to order Hydro-Turf as of today you will need to contact Hydro-Turf directly to place all orders and if you do not have an account you will need to work with them on this also.
