The best pwc racers of Europe met in Hungary, Levelek for the second and final round of the UIM ABP European Championship last weekend. It has been a tight battle for the win at the first round in Poland in the Men's GP class two weeks prior Daniel Andersen (NOR) who is racing for the Kev-Racing Team wasn't here to surrender and sustained the pressure of Reiterer and Manni in the first Moto taken his first ever win. Reiterer cruised to a confident Moto two win, which gave him a bit points to play with in the Championship.
With Andersen taking another holeshot in Moto three and Manni, Reiterer and Armillias chasing him down behind it was an intense 20 minute race which saw a lot of exciting manoeuvres. The team mates took another first and second, which was enough for Reiterer to clinch the Hungarian Grand Prix victory and his eight European Title "Missed that feeling of pushing it to the limit a lot! It is just good to be back racing to be honest. I guess this is the year I have had the least pressure on winning. Getting another title feels good but more important and greater to see his all the hard work that pays off now. The Team has put so much effort into our new equipment and to see Daniel doing well and Jonna showing she is the fastest is incredible to witness. I just want to thank everyone for their support!"
The Austrian came out on top sharing wins with Estonian Marten Manni. It was all set for another exciting weekend ahead with three Motos open for the Championship Title.
