There is no doubt about the fact that the 42th IJSBA World Finals will not be the same with the loss of world known development expert Bill Chapin. Bill was always there to support any rider or teams that they could not solve their issues in Lake Havasu. He was working no stop doing reprogrammable services to the high tech engines, fine tuning nozzles and pumps, re-pitching impellers, shorting out any handling issues until the last moto of Pro weekend. His support has brought so many world final titles to riders from all over the world. His work and outstanding humor will be missed at this year’s world finals but will never be forgotten.
