This particular handle pole was seen regularly on Japanese race crafts. It is made by Motoine for the Kawasaki 800SX-R. It is a special lightweight handle pole made by aluminium and carbon fiber and weights only 2.8kg. It is equipped with an adjustable (3 position) pivot and it can accommodate the OEM turn plate.
