Recently IJSBA made the following announcement regarding the Vintage Jet Ski racing at the 30th anniversary of the World Finals: IJSBA is pleased to expand the details for the Vintage Ski and the Vintage X2 classes at the 2011 quakysense World Finals. Vintage Ski will be held on Saturday, October 8. The rules will be IJSBA Superstock Rules (See Open Class in the 2011 IJSBA Rule Book). Vintage Ski will allow hulls from Kawasaki 300, 440, 550, and 650 only. Vintage Ski engines may be any original Kawasaki Ski Class homologated engines up to 750cc. Vintage X2 will be held on Sunday, October 9. Again, the rules will be IJSBA Superstock. Vintage X2 will allow hulls from 1986-1995 only. Vintage X2 engines may be the original homologated engines, or any homologated Kawasaki engines including the 2005 X2 (SX-R) 800 motor.
